All e-mails and orders will be replied from 12pm to 4.pm from Mondays to Fridays.
Please note that we will not attend to any e-mails over the weekends.
However, there might be days when we will take a little longer to reply all e-mails due to reasons like out for photoshoots, gone overseas for sourcing trips and etc.
WE ARE RUBBISH ships out all parcels daily, excluding weekends & public holidays.
All payments that have been made before 8:00PM (SGT) will be mailed out the next day.
Currently, WE ARE RUBBISH only accepts all payments via DBS/POSB Bank Transactions, and Paypal Transactions for both local & international customers.
All transaction charges by PayPal will be fully absorbed by WE ARE RUBBISH.
For DBS/POSB ATM transferees, please remember to keep your receipt after you have transferred.
Please scan/take a picture of your receipt and attach it to the e-mail when informing us of your payment with your Order/Invoice ID & e-mail address written.
We will not be able to process your order without a receipt.

Nope, most apparels seen online are free-sized, and have been provided with the measurements of each product & a gauge of the range of sizes it can fit.
WE ARE RUBBISH puts in the extra effort to maintain the colors of our products as accurately as possible.
However, if the color appears to be extremely different from the product itself, we will definitely take another close-up shot of the product seen under daylight.
The colors may also appear differently, depending on your computer monitor's calibration.
We will not entertain returns/exchanges for such cases.
We're sorry but we do not refund any postage charges if you have ordered consecutively.
In order to avoid being charged extra, please ensure that your final order is accurate before proceeding to payment.
