Order

All our items are priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD), and will be paid in Singapore Dollars as well. 

Once you have placed your order(s), you will receive an invoice from us immediately. Upon receiving invoice, customers are required to pay for their orders within a 24 hours timeframe.

Please also check your junk/spam inboxes just in case any of our emails land up there.

Backorder parcels will be verified and mailed when the apparel arrives. Please refer to the backorder product page for a gauge of when your item will reach you.

Currently, WE ARE RUBBISH accepts POSB/DBS bank transfers and Paypal.

For all ATM payments, we will require a snapshot of the ATM receipt with your email address and order number written on it.
 
No refunds will be made in the event that the ATM snapshot cannot be produced.
WE ARE RUBBISH reserves all rights to reject any orders without these details. 
 
In order to secure your purchase, you must provide us with your payment details within the stipulated time frame as below:

Delivery

All our local and international parcels are being facilitated by Singpost .

We highly recommend that you opt for registered postage to prevent lost parcels as all registered parcels can be track via Singpost website.

We will not be liable for any parcels lost by using normal postage during the duration after posting out. Currently, WE ARE RUBBISH only offers these modes of delivery.

Local Normal Postage - Flat fee of SGD$1.20 (inclusive of Certificate of Posting)
Local Registered Postage - SGD$3.25 + $0.50 for every subsequent item(s)
A.M Mail (via Letterbox) - Flat fee of SGD$2.60
Self Collection Complimentary Service

INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL DELIVERY

Registered Airmail Postage - measured by weight.
Shipping fees may vary due to countries and handling charges will be imposed if it's a large parcel.
Comes with a tracking number provided by Singpost.


Local Delivery Within Singapore

LOCAL NORMAL POSTAGE - Flat fee of SGD$1.20

Normal mails usually arrive within 2 to 5 working days from the shipped date, excluding weekends & public holidays.
Please note that delays can occur in delivery, and these delays are beyond our control.

All normal postage deliveries will be accompanied by a Certificate of Posting, which is a proof of delivery that WE ARE RUBBISH has duly delivered your parcel to Singpost, and has been countersigned by the officer-in-charge.

WE ARE RUBBISH will not be responsible for any lost mails in such instances. It is up to our discretion and of goodwill that we help check with the mail service provider with regards to the missing packages.

We advise our customers to use registered mail to better ensure that the package will arrive safely at your doorsteps.

LOCAL REGISTERED POSTAGE - SGD$3.25 + 0.5 for second item onwards 

We Are Rubbish currently offers a complimentary upgrade of postage to Registered mode once our customers hit the SGD$80.00 spending mark!

Registered mails usually arrive within 1 to 4 working days from the shipped date, excluding weekends & public holidays.
Please note that delays can occur in delivery, and these delays are beyond our control.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can contact us (contact@shopwearerubbish.com) for your tracking number, which allows you to check the status of your package with Singpost.

A.M Mail (via Letterbox) - Flat fee of SGD$2.60

A.M Mails are classified under urgent mails, and offers a delivery time of only 1 working day, & will be delivered no later than 11:00 a.m the next morning.

However it does not come with any form of tracking number.

If tracking of your parcel is required, we will recommend you to opt for Registered Postage service. 

Please also note that your parcel will only be shipped out of our warehouse within the next working day once your payment is verified.

What happens if I do not receive my A.M Mail parcel?

Please quote the A.M. Mail delivery note’s number (e.g. DS000001 or LB000001), date of posting, Sender’s and Recipients’ address and particulars via Contact Us.

We will investigate and revert to you on the outcome of our investigation.

However, there might be a possibility of the A.M. Mail being returned to us if the A.M. Mail is incorrectly and/or incompletely addressed, so please contact us for further investigation.

SELF COLLECTION (COMPLIMENTARY)

WE ARE RUBBISH offers complimentary Self-Collection for all our Singapore customers at our retail rack space, BLOGSHOPPING (Far East Plaza).

Every customer will receive a separate e-mail notification from our team regarding the collection date & time! 
Do note that there might be times where the Self Collection date will be further away from the date you have made payment, reason being we are overseas or our courier personnel can not make it.


INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL DELIVERY

WE ARE RUBBISH ships internationally!
Currently, our company offers flat rate shipping to Malaysia at SGD$1.20!

Shipping charges are auto-generated by the system according to the location of your country, and are measured by weight.

Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days, however items can experience custom delays.

All international airmail parcels will be accompanied with a tracking code, you can track it at Singpost website.

Please keep in mind that WE ARE RUBBISH will not bear any taxes if your country decides to tax you on your purchases with us.


BACKORDER ITEMS POSTAGE CHARGES (SINGAPORE / INTERNATIONAL Orders)

Please take note that WE ARE RUBBISH do not accept combined postage for backorder items as item will arrive at a different timing.

Therefore there will be two separate shipping calculations done by the system, which will be decided by you in the Check-Out page.

For international customers, we will hold onto your parcel until the stock for Backorder product has arrived, due to high postage cost that we would like to keep low on your side!

Once all your items are ready for delivery, we will ship your parcel within the next 24 hours.
