WE ARE RUBBISH is based in Singapore, therefore all prices are in Singapore Dollars SGD$.
All local and overseas orders will only be taken in via ORDER FORM.
You may wish to key in as many items as you want into the Order Form and submit in your orders.
We appreciate that you kindly wait for a Purchase Invoice to be sent to you shortly, unless otherwise stated.

LOCAL CUSTOMERS DELIVERY
All local packages will be mailed via Singpost on every Tuesday and Saturday unless otherwise stated.
Your package(s) will generally take 2 – 4 working days to reach you.
Normal Postage are waived on complimentary, unless otherwise stated.
Registered Postage Charges
Additional SGD$3.75 on top of price(s) reflected on site, any subsequent item(s), will be an additional of SGD$0.50.
RA tracking code will be issued only upon request.
We only do meet ups upon special requests. (Please note that charges may apply)

Backorder items postage charges (Local)
Please take note that we do not accept separate mailing for backorder items as item will arrive at a different timing, and also to avoid confusion. Unless the backorder item takes about a month to arrive, your items will only be mailed out once the backorder item arrives.

LOCAL CUSTOMERS PAYMENT
We currently accept only POSB/DBS ATM Transfer, POSB/DBS Internet Banking, PAYPAL and Cash Deposits. We do not accept concealed cash for local orders.
Transactions are to be completed within 24 hours upon receipts of our Purchase Invoice to:

For DBS/POSB ATM transferees, please remember to retain your receipt after you have transferred
and take a visible picture of the receipt and send it in to wearerubbish@gmail.com within the next 24 hours after payment. We will not be able to process your order with your receipt.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PAYMENT & DELIVERY
We ship anywhere and everywhere* at a flat rate of SGD$20.00 and additional SGD$5.00 for every apparel. You are also required to bear the charges by PayPal.
Bulky items (eg. Shoes, Bags) will require a higher shipping rate, please email us for more information.
*Delivery to Malaysia, Indonesia, & Vietnam is at a flat rate of SGD$10.00 and additional SGD$3.00 for every apparel.

Currently, the only mode of payment we accept is via PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers. Upon receipt and verifying of your payment, we will pack your item and deliver the next 1 – 2 working days.
For international purchases, we ship via Singpost’s Speedpost, and Express Mail. All packages typically arrives in 7 – 14 working days, but can be faster depending on your location.
However, Singpost’s Speedpost offers online tracking of your package to selected countries only.
Alternatively, we offer express delivery that should take more than 3 working days to reach buyer from leaving our warehouse, and includes both tracking and signature confirmation.
